Rachel has been calling Berlin home since 2013, bringing her background in art to everything she does—including her passion for building community through cycling. Whether she's bikepacking through Brandenburg or curating rides around hidden urban curiosities, Rachel sees cycling as a portal for understanding our habitat and feeling more connected to the places we inhabit. A self-proclaimed map obsessive with a deep love for urban ecology, she's always discovering new trails and forgotten corners of the city.

A digital artist, nerd, and gamer found somewhere between a computer and the deepest forest or mountains they can reach. Cycling for Harriet is an escape that fuels and regenerates their creative practice. From Chicane co-founder, DnD Dungeon Master, to hosting the EIS QUEST bike race, community is close to their heart. Bringing people together around shared tables and trails, they love to bring play, fantasy, and of course the best cake selections to their rides.

Benedetta Lepri is a community builder at heart, and that's not just something she does on a bike, it's how she moves through life. She founded Audace, an inclusive gravel community for beginners, organized countless FLINTA* rides across Berlin, and is now among the organizers of Chicane. For her, bringing people together is a life mission, creating spaces where everyone can grow and enable each other forward.

Juju is a designer, and what she designs, mostly, is ways to want to keep riding. Based in Berlin since 2016, she still hasn’t run out of reasons to go a little further. For Chicane, she designs ways to make riding feel more playful and easier to get into: EIS QUEST, an adventure bike rally, stickers worth collecting or a training card worth filling up. A lifelong nerd, she genuinely believes most hard things get easier when there’s a little game attached.
